Boats – Maverick & the Hanson

Captain Cliff fishes out of a Custom 23 Hanson and a 21 Maverick Master Angler. Both of which can safely handle the bay, but can also get into the skinny flats of the Backcountry. The Maverick is well known and holds a special place in Cliff’s heart. It has been a fishing machine for the last 20 years.

The Hanson is a new and very welcome addition to Lee Native Fishing Charters. At 23ft long and almost 10 ft wide it is a solid stable platform. It floats and runs in water so shallow it will shock you. The Hanson has a huge livewell that keeps hundreds of baits lively and happy. It is equipped with Power Pole and Minn Kota trolling motors to help us sneak up on the fish, and the tower makes finding and seeing fish very easy.
